How long to prepare shipment parcels after order?

For handmade artworks, we need 10-15 working days for preparation.

For supplies and molds orders, will take 3-5 working days for preparation.

How long does shipping take?

This depends on your regional location. We will send out all parcels once ready. We do our very best to ensure your case arrives on time. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as there can be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. And contact us if you have any shipment problem in your orders.
