Proof-first
Approval is the production checkpoint.
For finished pieces, your approval of the digital proof is when the order becomes binding. Before that, anything can change. After that, the rules below apply.
Production & turnaround
Finished pieces ship 7-14 business days after proof approval (printing + hand-finishing + ship handoff). Multi-color hand-painted pieces sit at the longer end. Single-color sculptural pieces are faster. DIY supplies — raw prints, toolkits, marker sets — ship within 3-5 business days from order placement. During holiday peak (mid-November through December) expect 2-5 extra business days; cutoff dates are posted on the homepage when relevant.
Proof & approval (custom orders)
For every custom finished piece, Moroyal sends a digital proof by email within 1-3 business days of order placement. The proof shows exactly how your piece will look. Revisions during the proof stage are free — tell us what to change and we send a new proof. Production begins only after you reply with approval. If we cannot get to a proof you approve, you receive a full refund within 14 days.
Shipping
Moroyal ships directly to the United States and Canada. International shipping is available by request — email info@moroyal.com before ordering for a quote. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Standard carriers are USPS and Canada Post. Tracking is provided once shipped. Typical transit: US 5-10 business days, Canada 3-7 business days. Address changes are not possible after dispatch — please verify your shipping address before approving the proof.
Returns & refunds
Before proof approval: full refund or order change anytime, no questions asked. After proof approval, custom orders become final sale except for three cases — production defects (clear flaws against the approved proof), shipping damage, or wrong item shipped. DIY supplies have a 14-day return window if unopened and in original packaging; customer covers return shipping. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of return receipt or claim approval, back to the original payment method.
Cancellations
Custom orders can be cancelled at no charge any time before proof approval. After approval, cancellation is at Moroyal's discretion — if production has not started, full refund. If printing has begun, materials cost may be deducted. Once a piece is finished and packed, cancellation is not possible (the standard return rules apply if needed).
Damages, defects & care
Report damage or defects within 30 days of delivery, with clear photos. Qualifying claims are repaired or replaced at no charge. After 30 days, repairs are still available at the cost of materials and return shipping. Care: keep pieces out of direct sunlight (UV can yellow some plastics over time). Room-temperature storage. Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Phone cases (PLA): wipe with a soft dry cloth; keep away from dishwashers and heat. PLA prints are water-resistant but not waterproof — do not submerge.
Photo rights & custom work
By uploading a photo, you confirm you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. Moroyal uses your photo only for your order — it is not shared, sold, or used for marketing without your explicit permission. We may use anonymized photos of finished work (without identifying details) for portfolio and process content; let us know if you prefer your piece not be shown. Moroyal may decline orders involving copyrighted characters, public figures' likenesses without permission, or content we cannot in good conscience produce.
Pricing & currency
Prices on the site are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location. For international orders, any duties, customs fees, or import taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not collected by Moroyal at checkout.
Live previews
Where Moroyal offers a live preview (e.g., the phone case configurator), the preview is a visual mockup showing layout, framing, and approximate color. Final products may differ slightly due to printing process, materials, screen calibration, and manual finishing. The proof Moroyal sends before production is the authoritative reference, not the on-page preview.
