How It Works

A custom flow designed to feel clear before it feels complicated.

Moroyal is built around a proof-first process. You preview the idea early, approve the final version after checkout, and only then does production begin.

Clarity first

You see direction early.

The live preview helps you understand composition, crop, and overall mood before you place the order.

Approval matters

Production waits for your proof approval.

A final proof creates a clear checkpoint, so custom work does not move forward on assumptions.

Made to protect both sides

A calmer custom flow means fewer surprises.

This process protects the customer experience while helping Moroyal avoid preventable disputes.

1

Upload and preview

Customers upload a pet photo, choose a model and style, and view a live mockup. This gives immediate visual confidence without pretending to be the final printed result.

2

Checkout with clear terms

Customers place the order after agreeing that the live preview is approximate, final proof approval is required, and custom orders become final sale after that approval.

3

Manual proof review

The Moroyal team reviews the submitted photo, adjusts crop or layout if needed, and sends a final approval proof by email before production starts.

4

Approval before printing

Only after the customer explicitly approves the proof does the order move into printing. This is the core protection layer for both the customer and the business.

5

Production and fulfillment

Once approved, the case moves into printing, finishing, and shipment. At that stage, subjective preference changes do not qualify for cancellation or return.
